ABOUT THE WORK

    PAYMENT

    PROCESS

I paint semi-realistic portraits and illustrations.

For portrait painting, please send me a high resolution photograph that you'd like me to work from. For examples of good and bad photos, please see this blog post made by Kelley McMorris.

Please note that the portrait will be stylized and will not be a direct copy of the photograph. The photograph will serve as inspiration. To see samples, please click here.

For a fictional character portrait, please provide me with details describing who the character is, what they look like, what they wear, unique facial markings, accessories, reference photos, etc.

    Accepted Payment Methods:

100% of the full commission payment is due once we've gone over the details and I've accepted your commission request, I will send you a contract to review and sign. I do not work without a contract. Don't worry, it'll be short & sweet!

A contract protects both you and I during our working relationship. I'll begin working on your commission once the FULL payment is received and processed. This is to ensure that my time as an artist is protected and to communicate that you're serious about commissioning.

If you're not satisfied during the sketch approval process, you can offer feedback for revisions or request a full refund. Refunds cannot be given after the final illustration is complete. All of this information will be outlined in the contract for you to review.

The time to complete a painting depends on my current availability and overall complexity of the image. I'll be able to provide a more accurate time estimate after talking with you about the details.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for completion of the commission. If you need it sooner, be sure to let me know in an email and we can work something out!
